It has been a while as I have started my own website as well. Yet, I want to keep anyone posted who is willing the listen. ( http://www.drwmjhurst.com )

Today I have had some interesting conversations with those who would bring down our freedoms. These are not men in high visible positions, but those working behind the scenes to bring down the concept of freedom in the world and enslave us, not to a government, but a principality and power. Their purpose is to so limit freedom that only they have the right to say and only in a corrupt way.

They have set up a way in which they subjugate those whom they deceive in such a way that only God can set them free. In one way, they are precursor to the man of sin being revealed who opposes and exalts (him)self above all that is called God. He wants to sit in the temple of God(you and I) manifesting to those who are unaware and undiscerning, that he(self) is god. This is always the principle of satan in that he tries to obscure God with his lying signs and wonders. He must by force persuade, because he cannot allow free will to choose.

We have learned much over the past months that have convinced us that God's Word is true about the condition of the human heart without God. Also in this learning curve we have learned about the reality of the power of the devil, but more importantly, the Greatness of our God.

If the Lord continues to lead in this direction, we will, from time to time, share the principles learned. In this we share the principles, and do not want to get into specifics in order to protect those being tortured for the Lord as they resist the power of the enemy, even tho they are entrapped as slaves and abused daily.

Oh, Lord, raise up an army of intercessory soldiers that you can activate in total synchronization to become a formidible army of God in the earth that can manifest the victory of the cross of Jesus Christ.

What is coming this new year?

Here we are facing another new year. As I write this Christmas day is almost over. God has been good to us this year, although it has not been without battle.

As we approach this new year, there has been a real cry for change. We will be seeing much change both in the country and in the world. I am not sure how long the honeymoon with Mr Obama will last, but I am sure there will be one. He has made many declarations and only time will tell whether he will be able to make good on any of them.

The Church too will see change, but they may not like the form it takes. Men of spiritual stature are going to go home to glory this year. With them will pass an era of the dealings of God in which we have seen the mercy of God poured out upon the nation. I believe this next year will see the Church losing some of her freedoms and an increase in the cry to God for His help.

Persecution, whether light or heavy has always been a sifter of motives, attitudes and commitment. This will begin in earnest this year. It may not take the form some expect.

1. Let me share with you briefly, and outline of the next few years that I see. I believe that there will come a false peace or a lull before the storm. Daniel gives us a principle: False peace destroys many. It may even seem, for a while to get better, but, be warned, and on guard.
2. Matthew 24 tells us that because iniquity shall abound, the love of many will wax cold. Instead of praying for the antidote for iniquity, abounding grace (Where sin does abound, Grace does much more abound), they will let their love for the grow cold, thinking that He is not working on the Church's behalf. These will be days when the individual and corporate commitments are tested. The test will be on us, who love the Lord.
3. Even some Penticostal, Charismatic, and "endtime" churches will go this way. They may have all the gifts in operation, but, the love that is the true motivation will be lacking therefore they will become Laodecian in nature.

As we think on these things, it is important to remember that God will allow all these things to happen to test us to see if our base of relationship with Him is religious or truly relational.

Think on these things.

Controversy

There has been much ado about the Lakeland Outpouring. Although I have been there, my purpose is not to criticize. I can only share with you what I feel God has said to me. There is a polarization around Bro Todd. Some decrying his "methods" and others standing with him regardless of his methods.

The thing that I see is that many criticize without being there. As Todd himself has written and spoken, during these things not all is God, there is some of God, some of flesh, and some demonic. God has never put his people in a sterile environment. He said to Jeremiah that in order to be as His mouth he would have to take for the precious from the vile. One of the indicators here is that the precious, just in order ot be precious, has a small ratio to the content that is vile.

I want to make it clear, I am not saying that all that goes on at Lakeland is vile. We need to focus on becoming as His mouth. The test on the men and women of God today, is, are they willing to become "dirty externally" in order to take out the precious.

One of the things I noticed when I was there, was the presence of God. The dimensions of worship there , pouring out from hungry hearts draws the Lord Jesus into the meetings, for the Lord inhabits the praises of His people.

Lord willing we plan to go again, not for the miracles, nor for the show, but to be in His presence and allow Him to do what He desires. I expect to come home with some precious, because that is my hearts desire, to be as His mouth. Jer. 15:19

Until He comes to be glorified in His saints 1 Thes. 1:9-11 there will always be vile concealing the precious. The vile is highly visible, the precious is concealed within it. Which are we going to focus on? One will cause us to be as His mouth, the other will only frustrate our religious nature.

Remember, when He said He would pour out His Spirit upon all flesh, He did not qualify it as deserving flesh. Some of the flesh it is poured upon will get more fleshly. I need to stop juding another man's servant. Rom. 14:4. Just as I am judged by Jesus, so is Todd. I am not to judge him.

There is one more factor, that many miss. These who write are talking about the fruit When we think of fruit in the natural, it takes time to grow and there is no hurrying the results. There are very few growing seasons that are 75 days long. It is important to know that the fruit is not souls. In the light of scripture, the "fruit" is the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT, that will take time to manifest. In many of the articles I have read, the ones writing are not manifesting the fruit of the Spirit. Their harshness is just the opposite. I know some are judging by appearance, but the Bible says of Jesus that He shall not judge after the sight of His eyes, nor the hearing of Hie ears. If He is the pattern then we need to stop pointing to the visible signs and ask God to show us Todd's heart and then give time for the fruit to grow.

Well I think I have shared enough for you to catch the drift of what God has been saying to me. In my over 50 years around Pentecost, Charismatic and End Time things and meetings, I have seen much and heard much more. The Holy Spirit is the one to convict the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment to come, I am not. Lord help me take for the precious from the vile, that I may be as His mouth.
